Email [email protected] with the subject “Drinder”. Please include the phone number you registered with (never send us login codes). We usually reply within two working days.

Someone made me feel unsafe

Leave the place and, if you are in danger, call 112. In the chat, tap ⋮ → Report: the person is blocked immediately and our moderators review the report. You can also email us with details.

Delete your account

In the app open Profile → Delete account and confirm. Your profile, photos, matches and messages are deleted immediately. If you no longer have access to the app, email us from any address with your registered phone number and we will delete the account after confirming ownership with a code sent to that number.

I did not get a login code

We send the code to WhatsApp, or by SMS if your number has no WhatsApp. Check the number format (+country code), wait a minute and request a new code. If it still does not arrive, write to us.

Drinder is in closed beta on TestFlight. Email us to get an invitation; public TestFlight link will appear here.

Safety tips

• First meetings only in busy public places.
• Tell a friend where you are going and with whom.
• Don't leave your drink unattended. Don't drink and drive — take a taxi.
• Never send money to someone you met on Drinder.
